pain is completely gone today..did alot of presses with the bar, some super light flyes, and some jumpstretch band stretches. What i thought was a tear was actually a new stretch mark.. go figure. Nice fresh red one following along right where the old one was and where i was sore. Figures. I'm still debating on tomorrow. I might bench depending on how I feel but it's up in the air. Today was more or less a GPP day.
