Forgive my ignorance, does natural refere to not using products like protein supplements and creatine? Is it possible to build muscle without supplements?

Thanks

No, natural refers to not using drugs/hormones. Supplements are not necessary but they can be useful. Supplements are not a replacement for good nutrition though. The most important thing is consistent training IMO.
