sir mixalot you didnt need steroids to build average arms...the only thing u got in return are gyno, bloatness,fat, and acne... 

Why dont u simply train the natural way and build some real muscle mass?

He, haven't been sore since Saturday...if you'd like, I'll do laps up and down the stairs at the gym to prove it to you. heh. Did normal cardio sat, sun and tonight...no probs, and calves saturday (kinda same general area). I like legs.  :D

you look too hunched on your rows. need to get your shoulders back more. the way you're doing it makes that traps, rhomboids and lower back do most of the work.

i'm surprised milos isn't giving you any instruction on exercise performance. what exactly are you paying for again ???

you have to hunch your back or "round it" to really stretch your lats, i can't stand the way people train back these days trying to stay upright and arched the whole time, there's absolutely no way to stretch your lats like that.

nah, i mean at the top of your rows. it seems that you could have brought your shoulders back a little more, but then, 400 reps! wtf, does milos give you some meth in your pre workout coffe or something?
