)in the gym best squat ws 405 for 8 (my weight 220..shoulder width..bbing squats NOt powerlifting squats)
best dead 405 for a double...i got lazy and would rep 315 for rep after rep..and never go higher...
best bench..225 for 4

best press 185 for 6 or 8..i dont remember..strict form..seated to the front..

the lifts in bold were befroe i EVER touched juice..
