It can be done Mike.
You gotta hit them hard, with 20 reps with good to heavy weight.
Mine were toothpicks, but now they're actually pretty good (considering). I just had to beat the shit out of 'em.....they had no choice but to grow.
I fucking hate training legs, because it's intense and hard. It seperates the casual trainer, from the serious (IMO).
they have "come up" from last year.................jus
