Mine were toothpicks, but now they're actually pretty good (considering). I just had to beat the shit out of 'em.....they had no choice but to grow.

I fucking hate training legs, because it's intense and hard. It seperates the casual trainer, from the serious (IMO).

they have "come up" from last year.................jus t not near enough

(ill just have to try harder!)

I give them credit as a truly supportive couple to do something they both enjoy.laura seems to be really into her man and vice versa,my wife could care less and thinks i take it too seriously and far.

the funny thing to me is the shit talking that goes on.....she may not have won, blah blah blah, but she has the curage and drive to get on stage and compete which is more than most people on this site can say

i think she looks great....don't see many women these days with even half as nice of body....in fact i usually see chics with 20" fat arms smoking cigarettes in their rusty minivans....

I don't get it..............i really don't (we both kept a real low profile this time around
not posting pics/results even tho i did really well)
this is a bodybuilding/fitness board .............Laura trained/dieted extremely hard
did the best she could and looked great! (not looking for a pat on the back many did the same)

but these "ass-backward "threads by the same person/people should not be tolerated IMO
what the fuck has a "salmon" or a "livewire" ever contributed to this board other than anger/hatred

I found the list. Shit, I thought there were 9 of us in the open and 10 in the masters. Oh well. Yup, I guess came in last in the open (Peter Potter - head judge showed me 7th in the open and 8th in the masters). Eh, after looking at all those photos, I did look like crap. I guess I'm making the right move then and transitioning out of figure.
