so im going to keep track of my traing for the big contest here any feed back on things i should try or cut out is appreciated thanks
so today was my first day back after a week and it leg day , got to the gym early around 6 when no one is these was a little tired
leg ext. 100 x 15 reps, 150 x 12 , 180 x 10
leg press 405 x12, 585x10
hack squat 135 x12, 225x10
leg curls 100x10, 150 x8
stiff legged deadlifts 90 2x8
single leg curl 50x8
standing calf raise 175x10,250x10
seated calf raise 160x10
leg raises 3x12
ab machine 3x15
these are probably low weights, i was just getting a pump going as teh contest gets closer i'll probably be lifting heavier wieights
tonight im going to hit chest and biceps
