Mike-you have been on stage and walked the walk which is something many can only dream about.Sure,you haven't got the BEST genetics but neither have 99% of the population including the vast majority of people on here,but you overcame this,got in good condition and placed highly.Keep living the dream,mate and ignore the haters.

Getting into proper contest condition is not easy.You do have to sacrifice a lot but I would never moan about it as it is my choice to do it in the first place.

Vince has better wheels and wider shoulders, not a hell of a lot of difference. No offense but Arvilla carries slightly more muscle than the average mens tennis player or golfer.

You guys can go through another 2000 page thread on who looks better, arvilla or vince....who cares?!

The fact remains that Vince DID compete, and unless those blue stars have a "placing prerequisite", he's earned his stars. What's the problem???

I see your point.....however, Vince enters shows, he doesn't "compete". Reality is, ANYONE CAN ENTER, looking like shit. It's wether they dieted, trained their ass off that makes a competitor......not just showing up.

Arvilla has a big mouth. Arvilla and Goodrum look big off season then evaporate at contest time. Matter of fact getting cut takes too much off most guys trying to look good nowadays. Bring back the old standards and maybe Arvilla and Goodrum will fare better. Goodrum was about 15% fat last year on stage. These guys have no clue at all about getting ripped. Arvilla lost a lot of fat but still looks weird. Some guys shouldn't get up on stage. No blue stars are worth that! They are either in total denial or have bad vision. Why get up on stage and humiliate oneself? Trust Getbig to attract losers and dreamers.

Arvilla is a simple-minded person. He Googled my name and found other guys with the same name so assumed I must be a gimmick. What a genius. I am one of the few guys who have always used my real name and have never had a gimmick account here or anywhere else. I posted here debating hypertrophy before I was published in Ironman in 2000. So I posted about 8 years ago and kept posting now and then over the years.

Arvilla, let it go man. You look pretty scrawny in shape and your legs are terrible. Take some time off, if you have any left from all the years of juicing, and work on adding some quality mass. until then you will continue to look like a mexican Adonis
