Is this a PR stunt by the FBI? Hochul, now Adams. Most certainly they must be completely unaware of what their most trusted aides are doing.


FBI raids homes of top aides for New York City Mayor Eric Adams

The FBI on Wednesday raided the homes of at least three high-ranking members of New York City Mayor Eric Adams' administration, Fox News Digital has confirmed.

FBI agents showed up to the homes of First Deputy Mayor Sheena Wright and Deputy Mayor for Public Safety Philip Banks III early Wednesday and seized electronic devices.

Agents also searched the home of Timothy Pearson, a former high-ranking official in the New York Police Department who now advises the mayor on public safety.

The FBI also conducted a raid on the home of NYPD Commissioner Edward Caban, according to the New York Post.

One would suppose lenders check and verify any and all information provided by the borrower. This should be easy enough for the lender to check.
A primary residence is the home where you live most of the year, the address you use for official documents like your driver's license, tax returns, and voter registration.
While lenders do charge a higher mortgage interest rate on secondary homes, the difference between primary and secondary mortgage interest rates is between only 0.25 and 0.50%.
Our tax dollars are being used to mount an investigation into Adam Schiff lying to the lender about his primary residence to obtain a more favorable mortgage interest rate. It is a ridiculous waste of time and money. Talk about a vindictive 'witch hunt'!

Yet people get prosecuted for this kind of fraud all the time.  It's not a ridiculous waste of time and money for other prosecutions.  It certainly isn't for someone as despicably dishonest as Schiff.

Seriously?  Ask me how many people I know who have been prosecuted and convicted of bank robbery.  What a silly question.  Anything to avoid talking about the actual subject at hand when it involves something bad about a Democrat.

If Schiff lied on on his mortgage documents he should be treated just like any other citizen.  Actually, because he is a public servant he should be held to a higher standard.
