I have no idea, my best raw rep bench was 365 for 20 reps. I would guess I could have hit 315 for at least 25 at that time. I was 257lbs when I did that.

I am retired now so no I do not get to intense in the gym.
flat is usually my second movement but I've done 245 for 43 reps and that was my second exercise (no spot). I know i could handle 405 for 6 reps without a spot. I only do eight very easy reps on 315 before I'm primed for my max set of 405. No bench suits. Thats at a weight of 238lbs but only 5'5 tall.
