Then ... and Now. I prefer the " Then " look ... Just my Two Cents ... and, again ( as I've mentioned before a few times ), I saw Vic Guest Pose this past May here in Michigan ... I was APPALLED on how he looked ... he resembled a Fat Man on Stage ! Much like Wes's Depiction.

... * sigh * ... I already UNDERSTAND that ... I was merely pointing out the CHANGE and my OPINION as to which style of Physique I preferred. Thanks, anyways.

" no bodybuilder wants to stay the same size n shape year after year " ... that's funny, because I figure if your Winning the Mr. O then you might very well want to stay the same Size and maintain the same Shape " year after year " ... not only that, but I can think of quite a few Bodybuilders that did well looking the same ( basically ) Year after Year ... how about Shawn Ray for starters ?

I think it's best that Bodybuilders of Today take it GRADUALLY ... it seems that NONE of them know the Definition of that ... everyone's so quick to BLOW UP ! There's WAY TO MANY Bodybuilders out there Today that put TOO MUCH Size on their frames ... I feel that Vic is one of them. That was ONE of the points I was trying to make.

* On a side note, I'm eating Oatmeal with Natural PB in it ... tastes DAMN GOOD !!

It may not be bodybuilding , but its what most bodybuilders do.....they want to become bigger, maybe its not the best for the fans, but im sure 90% of men who dont even compete still want to get bigger all the time ( muscle, not fat )
