Depends on how late I sleep past the alarm!...lol
If late, 2 scoops whey in FF milk, banana and a small bowl of oatmeal when I get to work (keep some at my desk)
If I have time - 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, small bowl of oatmeal, small orange / 2-3 pieces of melon
on the weekends I go the omlette route. There is usually chicken, steak or salmon (we eat a lot of it here in the NW) that I mix into the omlette...good stuff bro.
