The problem with your post here is that you never quantify the amount of protein needed, no precision. All you say is that protein = needed.

Unless you quantify exactly how much protein you think is needed, your entire post = worthless.

I never count calories or grams of protein. Now i just make sure i eat protein often 6 out of 8 small meals a day should contain protein. you should eat 1,5 g of protein per 1 pound of bodyweight.

When calories = the diet - variable that has the biggest impact on your training, why do you not count them? Protein = meaningless if you do not have a long term plan for your calories.

No matter how good your training is, if you dont feed the body right , its useless. So yes protein is more important.

If you had any to begin with, then surely you lost it all.  I see no appreciable muscle in that photo.


It was admitted in a thread that the "principles" were all a joke.  How it was missed by so many is beyond me.  Perhaps it was because it was posted on a low traffic forum.  
Regardless, all one has to do is look through Adonis' posts to see the type of diet he actually follows.  

The joke isn't that bodybuilders are dumb and think they need to eat shitty tasting food to get lean.  The joke has always been that people are so urged to follow something that they'll latch on to even the most absurd idea.
