One Cup of oats with 200ml of yogurt,egg raw,banana,1tsp of Flaxseed, whey protein shake

pre training 500ml glass of milk,apple creatine

post training whey protein shake with creatine

Lunch 200ml of Brown rice with peas/carrots,salmon and sweet chill sauce

mid afternoon two rice cakes toped with tuna,cumber and apple

tea Stuffed pasta with asparagus with veggie sauce

before bed homemade protein shake

1 apple
1 onion

I don't like gyms because I'm agoraphobic and suffer from severe panic attacks.
