doesn't the metal around the stopper on the vial cause problems with the microwave? just put the vial in a warm cup of water and let it warm up a little that way. Whats up Semppy?

not much my friend...just gulping down a shake now ahaha...despite the fact that i was tired and felt like shit today i had a pretty good work out...strength is up noticeably and im sure the size gains will begin to start within the next few wks too...although i feel like i look a bit thicker in the chest/shoulder area and im up about 5 lbs 215-220....it was a good back work out tonight tho...however...when i was taking a shower tonight...i got the most painful pumps in the area of my forearm that is right to the outside of the crease in the arm...man i couldnt even bend it for a little while it hurt so much...i just put it under hot water and massaged each arm....finally it went away...not sure why that happened tho?

really starting to feel the test now boys...my strength is increasing astronomically from each work out to the next one...also i just got my new shipment of stuff just in time today! my training partner said that even after only 4 wks of being on...im starting to look a bit thicker and more solid in the chest and shoulders...i feel more and more aggressive and confident as the days go by which is great as well...i think even the women are noticing too...i got hit on by a whole bunch of chicks at work today and last nite i went home with this really gorgeous girl...thick curvy body and DD tits...and felt like king of the fucking world...my cold seems to be just about cleared up which is good...i had taken the past 2 days out of the gym to just eat and rest...legs tomorrow...be back soon!

Deca is always a good idea but if you are already running Eq, no need for it.
