Its a myth that "bulking" will add more muscle. Your body can only assimilate what it needs, the rest is fat and waste.(Kinda like benz).

Once you nail your diet once, it is easy to do the same thing in the future.

Deploy a cardio session after your workout for 30/45 mins, eat all day and ofcourse don't eat fat shit. It is suprisingly easy.

If you worry about losing mass, some test. prop is an effective weapon.

I debate this with my wife quite a bit, but genetics plays a huge role in someones fatness. I really, even at my advanced age, don't think I could make myself fat. Even eating junk food and fast food all day everyday and not working out, I would get smoother and maybe pudgy, but not fat.
