The biggest problem is when naturals start copying the pros. When I used to peruse BBing.com I'd see kids eating 6k calories a day of junk because the pros do it. Dave Palumbo, the most hideous man alive, tells everyone to 'get to Mcdonalds'. The problem is that they don't take the combination of drugs that pros take when cutting..cocktails that allow them to burn fat faster, to keep muscle when losing fat, to even build muscle while losing fat.
I think the 'see food' diet has led to many naturals being at 30% bodyfat for the rest of their lives. Then, when they get to that stage, the amount of fat on the surface simply makes the muscle underneath look like more fat. A lot of people start reading Flex and reading info from the pros and end up looking worse than before they started training. No one wants to train to look worse, do they?
Just like some of you laugh at the 'skinny' guys with crazy stuff like definition and no double chins, those guys laugh at the 35% bodyfat guy screaming and shouting throughout his super hardcore workout, his belly constantly displaying itself as he does his military presses.
