Here is my entry into the getbig.com 500lb deadlift challenge. I managed to hit 9 reps, which isnt bad, but not as good as I had expected. Hopefully it allows me to place! This was done today. I did some shrugs and abs too. Jason

Monday Conv DL off of 1.5inch mats RAW Up to 625x1 with 2 solid misses(knees) at 655. Zercher Squat to foam on 10" box Up to 275x5 Decline Situps Pullthroughs Really good workout yesterday, but I think Im done deadlifting for a week or five. Ive been pulling alot lately, and dont like that  Jason

Cambered bar RAWWWWWWWWW to a 14 inch box with 160lbs of chains. My normal box is about 15.5 inches. 365x8x2
GHR 4 sets
Front pulldowns 3 sets
Rear pulldowns 3 sets
Pulldown abs 4 sets
1 arm deadlifts 225x3 each side

Big ME Squat day Cambered Bar Box Squat to a 15 inch box with reverse purple bands (100lb-150lb deload at bottom) RAWWWWWW! and a belt. 810x1
We did 9 sets total up to 810x1. There was little to no assistance at the top. This was heavy, but ws strong and the weight moved well. I was going to go up again, but it was 530, and i had been at the gym for a while...
Pulldown Abs 115x3x15
Knee Outs with Purple band 3 ets of 5 reps with a 6 second pause at full extension
Lat Pulldowns 2 sets of 20

mostly grip and core, i believe, but i think it's pretty good on getting some unilateral hamstring work as well (at least i feel them there).
