but this will not work unless he is working out 2-3 hours a day

also that much protien may give you a shitload of acne from what ive experienced as far as the protien powders go

i just downed a large pie at Totonno's at Coney Island. When it's NY thin crust and the end crusts are discarded it's easy to accomplish when it's good. ;) Those Chicago thick bready crusts like Uno are completely different.

"candidate" at age 17 is such a great resource when it comes to nutrition. ::) Shoving 10K of calories down his pie hole every day makes a lot of sense.

So, even with the following hypothetical situation.

500 g protein x 4 cal. per g. = 2,000 cal

300 g fat x 9 cal. per g. = 2,700 cal

100 g carb x 4 cal. per g. = 400 cal

TOTAL: 5,100 cal.  :-\

Correct me if I am wrong  ???

its easy as fuck to sit down at eat 2-3 thousand calories. if you guys cant do that, theres something wrong with you.   and i dont go more than 3 hours without eating.  most of the time its about 2 hours in between meals. (not to say that EVERY meal i eat a couple thousand calories...sometimes its just like 300-400 calories in a meal...but other times ill eat a whole jjar of natty peanut butter and a half bag of chicken breasts.




in ketosis, using fats as your primary source of fuel...and in the abcense of carbohydrates and insulin... its metabolicaly impossible to store fat.  

sorry, my carbohydrate addicted friends.

but this is the truth.

the only carbohydrates that people are meant to eat is vegetables and fruits.      all the other shit is processed garbage meant for peasants.

wrong. protein can be converted to glucose (that's how we get energy), but it's a difficult process and it's why you can eat slightly more calories on a keto diet than normally and trim down.

however, if you're suggesting that there is no way to create a caloric surplus during ketosis and thus add fat then you have absolutely no idea how the human body works.

sorry bud, but that's reality. you did a good job losing weight, but then again all you did was go from a fatass to an average-looking lean dude. it's not like you went from 250 at 40% body fat to 230 at 10%. then maybe you'd know what you're doing, but all you really figured out was how to lose weight in a situation that anyone could do as long as they have halfway decent discipline. going from your former state to how you look now doesn't exactly require rocket science.

yeah i was  FATBOY!!..but no, im not force feeding and im not eating shit foods like mayo and butter... ...mainly i am gettign my fat from allnatural peanut butter and canola oil...as well as alot of steak, and fish oil caps...well, this morning i had some bacon and sausage..which are asort of empty fat calories...    but not force feeding in the slightest...i love to eat...who doesnt???

It's obvious from your posts that you don't know squat about Biochemistry or Physiology or anything for that matter.
