wrong. protein can be converted to glucose (that's how we get energy), but it's a difficult process and it's why you can eat slightly more calories on a keto diet than normally and trim down.
however, if you're suggesting that there is no way to create a caloric surplus during ketosis and thus add fat then you have absolutely no idea how the human body works.
sorry bud, but that's reality. you did a good job losing weight, but then again all you did was go from a fatass to an average-looking lean dude. it's not like you went from 250 at 40% body fat to 230 at 10%. then maybe you'd know what you're doing, but all you really figured out was how to lose weight in a situation that anyone could do as long as they have halfway decent discipline. going from your former state to how you look now doesn't exactly require rocket science.
them's just the facts son.
no. its YOU who doesnt have the lsightest clue about how the human body is SUPPOSED to work.
you are a fool. you believe that we are SUPPOSED to run off of glucose. not in the slightest true. the most natural state of being for a human would be a state of ketosis. where in the wild do you see loafs of bread, boxes of cereal, pasta, or oatmeal..? huh?? yeah thats right you stupid mother fucker.....carbohydrates are PROCESSED SHIT.
the human body will not become obese, not when its healthy. wy the fuck would it store excess fat if it already ha splenty of fat?
you know what insulin is..? its the body telling itself that the guy running it is a piss poor hunter and had to eat plants because he couldnt get some fatty meat. so the insulin is saying...all we have is this shit glucose, store it as fat, then we can use that fat for energy...because obviously with this mother fucker running the show we are going to be low on fats in the future....
BUT, if you are just giving your body fats and proteins...(thats all it wants and needs), then it isnt going to store EXCESS fat. you will remain at a healthy body fat %, no matter how many caloires you take in.
