Doing deadlifts with 400 lbs is not very hardcore.. Ronnie was WAY more hardcore

RC lifted like a 12 year old biy, sloppy style and form, with heavy weight.

Dorian was perfect in form and used fairly heavy weight-no camparison, DY wins hands down.

I would say Dorian's subjective intensity was higher, but Ronnie of course trained with heavier weights.  They both trained very hard.

of course Dorian, his mentality and focus toward training was like 100%,
while Ronnie trained hard but he was still having a bit of fun in between sets

Dorian never approached the poundages Ronnie handled.

So if the are both 5'10" and 300 lbs , the guy lifting the MUCH heavier weights is obviously working harder.

Dorian's heavy set was Ronnie's warmup  Doz was a pussy in the gym, making noises while lifting baby weights.

I would say Ronnie trained the hardest then Yates plus Ronnie lifted more heavey ass weights.

the day after one of dorians olympia he was back to the gym doing legs, but as  i recall ron would take off 2-3 months afterward

ronnie does 3 warm ups on decline bench/db then 3 working sets, then 3 working sets on flat bench/db, then 3 working sets incline bench/db - all at weight much heavier than yates. also in his earlier years he would also do many worksets of tris during the same workout.

yates did 3 warmups then 2 worksets on bench then 2 worksets on a machine, then 2 worksets on flys - all with weights ronnie lifts every time he takes a piss.

ronnie is king  8)

Heavier weights don't equal higher intensity. Ronnie's form on some exercises was abysmal.

No one trains you harder than Leroy Davis - I've seen it first hand.

you are tripping. between yates and coleman it is really hard to say who trained harder. i think they trained with the same intensity, but the style was different.
