Let me find the link cause I bought my first bottle from a vitmin shop but their is a place on the net that had 99% pure. Most out there are aroun 50%.

I know this might sound stupid but i read once in a spanish forum that a guy who was preparing himself for a tournament, used to wake up at 5 am in the morning, do 45 mins of bicycle and then return to sleep until 8 am. He said he had this "theory" that after cardio and going to sleep, he would keep burning fat.
Sounds crazy?


Not crazy, but he should have just stayed in bed. Getting ripped is mostly diet anyway.

Hello Jim. This is my current bulking diet. As a change from the past bulking phases I chose to eat clean this time and not that many carbs.

Breakfast : 4-5 organic eggs (soft boiled or fried in 1-2 tbsp butter )
           
                 1-1.5 lbs fruit ( either apples, grapes of bananas )

Lunch  ( ussually around 4 pm ) :

                 rooster meat or fish or red meat

                 side of veggies ( raw, green ussually leafy )

                 some carbs ( potatoes or rice )

Dinner :     red meat and a side of veggies ( always raw : white/red cabbbage 

or cauliflower )

          ocassionally if I feel like eating some junk I'll go ahead and do it. Otherwise out of 25 odd meals maybe 5 are junk....at most

If I get hungry, I'll add a 4th meal ( meat and veggies )

I do physical work daily like shoveling and wheelborrowing shit for 2 hours and I count if as cardio and calves lol ....

if I'm really exhausted after work I'll eat a bigger meal after ...

I try not to get cramped up about time between meals and other stuff like this as I don't find it paramount ..

Sev, not bad but you may want to add a 4th meal later in the evening if you are getting hungry. Even if it is just a protein shake, just make sure it is low carb not necessarily zero.

As the days progress ..I find myself adding more often a 4th meal ...I eat carbs according to what I do during the day ...

For example I don't see why eat carbs with my last meal ...I'll go to bed ...protein and roughage ...should I add some carbs?

I'm doing this because in the past I struggled with my appetite..so I wait until I'm hungry to eat ...

BTW ... muscle memory is amazing ;) ..never get tired of seing how fast the human body can change ...

I agree bout the no reason to eat carbs late at night. Sounds like everything is covered.

Now I know thats a bit extreme but how about eating 3-4 large meals spread evenly though the day? Do u think this would be beneficial because it would give ur body time to actually digest and asorb the food, instead of constantly getting nutrients thrown at it, and never being able to properly assimilate what u eat.

he has said that for a while now.. particularly if you have a sluggish metabolism.
