Hello Jim. This is my current bulking diet. As a change from the past bulking phases I chose to eat clean this time and not that many carbs.
Breakfast : 4-5 organic eggs (soft boiled or fried in 1-2 tbsp butter )
           
                 1-1.5 lbs fruit ( either apples, grapes of bananas )
Lunch  ( ussually around 4 pm ) :
                 rooster meat or fish or red meat 
                 side of veggies ( raw, green ussually leafy )
                 some carbs ( potatoes or rice ) 
Dinner :     red meat and a side of veggies ( always raw : white/red cabbbage  
or cauliflower )
          ocassionally if I feel like eating some junk I'll go ahead and do it. Otherwise out of 25 odd meals maybe 5 are junk....at most 
If I get hungry, I'll add a 4th meal ( meat and veggies )
I do physical work daily like shoveling and wheelborrowing shit for 2 hours and I count if as cardio and calves lol ....
if I'm really exhausted after work I'll eat a bigger meal after ...
I try not to get cramped up about time between meals and other stuff like this as I don't find it paramount ..
Waddayathink ? what can I do better ?
