gayer than i'm training legs tomorrow (most of the time i train legs on mondays). Kinda worried about the knee. Will probably warm up on bike, bodyweight squats, barbell squats, leg presses, lunges, leg curls, stiff leg deadlifts, and butt blaster (gotta work on those glutes

gayer than how does that sound for a leg workout mr nobody? Probably 5 sets on the big stuff and 4 sets or so on the smaller stuff.
