gayer than the tiny tit 150 lb twink training arms today in the gym as well, and asking a steroid user in the gym on advice about training. He only did variations of curls while i trained both bis and tris in an hour and he would flex in the mirrors between sets.

gayer than i'm training legs tomorrow (most of the time i train legs on mondays). Kinda worried about the knee. Will probably warm up on bike, bodyweight squats, barbell squats, leg presses, lunges, leg curls, stiff leg deadlifts, and butt blaster (gotta work on those glutes  ;D)

gayer than how does that sound for a leg workout mr nobody? Probably 5 sets on the big stuff and 4 sets or so on the smaller stuff.

Biceps first
Dumbbell curls
Machine preacher curls- first time i used the machine, really liked it
Barbell curls

Triceps
v-bar pushdowns
Overhead dumbbell extensions
close grip bench
machine dips

Went up to heaviest weight in all exercises then did a couple of drop sets. Good pump

gayer than my goal is to get thicker all around and get my abs to show a little more. Ask shossy, my meals are all timed and i eat like crazy. I've dropped about 20 lbs and now i'm around 220. If i ever actually train abs, they look pretty good but i have a bad habit of just shrugging it off.

gayer than sounds like good progress so I assume you want to lose more fat and gain muscle right? I would worry about abs until you get more fat off the abs will come in
