I got this email yesterday, not about my muscles but muscles in general....

"I just came across your site by accident. I am deeply troubled

These people cannot be healthy - what they have done to themselves is not only makes them look pretty silly  but (as I say) this cannot be doing their bodies much good.

I am not being nasty just genuinely puzzled why someone should want to do that to themselves - like people who are anorexic really believe they are becoming beautiful these people don't seem to know what's going on!

I'm told that extreme bodybuilding such as this makes many bodyparts get much much bigger.... except for one... the photographic evidence seems to confirm this.."

outside of the standard "my dad/friend/cousin/karate instructor is bigger than you" crap, i think the weirdest thing anyone ever said was i got in an argument with someone over how often i lift. this person seemed unwilling to accept that i'm in the gym 4 days a week for about an hour each time. i mean, seriously unwilling, like he thought i was trying to lie to him in order to keep my secret training methods hidden. it was surreal. ???

Once had a extremely hot college girl squeeze my upper arm upon introduction at a party...

She blurted: "Wow, you must be compensating for some sort of shortcoming?"

I answered: "I'd need to be twice this size to compensate for the shortness of my coming"

She laughed, tipped her cigarette ash into my sparkling water and sauntered off with a dismissive:
"What a loser...".




However, later on that night she went home with some handsome rich dude... and I got turned down by the fat girl sitting crying on the stairs... true story.
