also would'nt consuming food DURING the workout divert blood from muscles to the stomach so that the food can be disgested better?
I'm not an expert like you Milos, I don't have my PHD in biochemistry or physiology and I don't know a fraction of what you know, I'm just searching for answers, always searching for information, the more you know the better you're off don't you think?

anybody who bitches about you using "pussy weights" should be slapped, I almost threw up for the first time in all this time I have been working out, it's way harder than HIT and puts so much demand on your cardiovascular system, you train harder than Dorian Yates or anybody and people should not judge working hard by the amount of weight a person uses
I should ask again I know that you want to stimulate growth for every muscle fiber by doing different exercises but since I don't own my own gym

kind of hard to do a rotation of 20 exercises like you did with dennis wolf so would using drop sets and couple of different exercises be effective also?
