Not many  can  make such great gains in such a short period... You are focused ... I wish you luck friend .. I know at times ...I'm not the kindest ..But there is no denying ,If you choose to persue  bodybuilding...? You will do really well..

You mentioned following along with Zane's journal but also stated that you are doing 4-6 reps mainly so are you doing his exercises/reps, etc. or the 4-6? He did high reps with relatively light weight. I just got the new Flex with him on the cover and was actually surprised at how light he went as far as weights go except for things like front raises with 70 lbs.

22 now  :(

No i didn't? I know how he trained though. He did go pretty light.

Ok, im not going to post the whole set because i hate seeing progress pictures where there isn't really any progress. I was 163 this morning after a bowel movement so im 2 pounds down from the last pics. I bought a new scale yesterday and it weighs me at 167 in the morning which is insane because that means ive added about 20+ pounds of something in a years time and thats not even with a carb up. I think the scale is off so i go with the lowest weight. The scale at the weigh-ins last year weighed me 8 pounds less then i thought i was going to be so we will see how things go. Im not really satisfied with the progress im making so far. I have 3 weeks left of prep and i did my hit cardio on thursday so if my weight continues to drop ill just ride things through. Strange as it is, im not in agony like i was last year and im sleeping very well. My lifts are starting to get a little weaker now. My tendons and muscles feel really dry and tight and my glutes look a little crisper. Im starting to see some twitch in the uppards of the glute and the sides are actually fairly crisp. Im still not satisfied with my back shots. I think they look fat.

If at 2.5 weeks i don't start hardening up more ill start dropping my carbs a little lower. So far they have been fairly consisten at about 200-250 the whole way through. As of lately though they are hovering around 170 or so due to all the fatty fish i have been eating. I have only done 2 sessions of cardio this diet so far and my diet changes from day to day but ill try to give a basic break down.

Meal1: 80g of oats and a 1.5 cups of egg beaters
3 Hours (lots of coffee and 50 mg of Ephedrine)
Training: 52 grams of whey with 40g of gatorade
1 hour
Meal 2: 40g oats and 4-8oz white fish
Meal 3: 80g oats and 4-8oz white fish
Meal 4: Usually 4oz 96/4 ground beef with 84g of mushrooms
Meal 5: cup of egg whites with brocolli or 84g mushrooms
Meal 6: 4oz fish with mushrooms

I also drink half a gallon of green tea and then the rest of my 3 gallons of water comes from cold water.

I think when is start cutting carbs ill drop to about 120 with a cup of oats for breakfast, my work out shake, a half cup oats for post, and then veges and fish for the rest of the day. I try to get red meat once a day for the iron but i may stop doing that. Im not sure yet. Feel free to chime in and help.

Either way i think you look fantastic dude, you've made a ton progress since last year no matter what u think.

yea those are a week apart. I think im going to start dropping the carbs.

I use adonis as my eyes. He thinks in 3 weeks there should be huge differences and with the tanner ill look alot leaner. I have bought 3 bottles of protan this year instead of the one i used last year. This is enough for about 9 coats. I am going to be as dark as possible. I have also recently ordered my trunks and am going with black and xmas tree red this year.
