Ok, im not going to post the whole set because i hate seeing progress pictures where there isn't really any progress. I was 163 this morning after a bowel movement so im 2 pounds down from the last pics. I bought a new scale yesterday and it weighs me at 167 in the morning which is insane because that means ive added about 20+ pounds of something in a years time and thats not even with a carb up. I think the scale is off so i go with the lowest weight. The scale at the weigh-ins last year weighed me 8 pounds less then i thought i was going to be so we will see how things go. Im not really satisfied with the progress im making so far. I have 3 weeks left of prep and i did my hit cardio on thursday so if my weight continues to drop ill just ride things through. Strange as it is, im not in agony like i was last year and im sleeping very well. My lifts are starting to get a little weaker now. My tendons and muscles feel really dry and tight and my glutes look a little crisper. Im starting to see some twitch in the uppards of the glute and the sides are actually fairly crisp. Im still not satisfied with my back shots. I think they look fat.
If at 2.5 weeks i don't start hardening up more ill start dropping my carbs a little lower. So far they have been fairly consisten at about 200-250 the whole way through. As of lately though they are hovering around 170 or so due to all the fatty fish i have been eating. I have only done 2 sessions of cardio this diet so far and my diet changes from day to day but ill try to give a basic break down.
Meal1: 80g of oats and a 1.5 cups of egg beaters
3 Hours (lots of coffee and 50 mg of Ephedrine)
Training: 52 grams of whey with 40g of gatorade
1 hour
Meal 2: 40g oats and 4-8oz white fish
Meal 3: 80g oats and 4-8oz white fish
Meal 4: Usually 4oz 96/4 ground beef with 84g of mushrooms
Meal 5: cup of egg whites with brocolli or 84g mushrooms
Meal 6: 4oz fish with mushrooms
I also drink half a gallon of green tea and then the rest of my 3 gallons of water comes from cold water.
I think when is start cutting carbs ill drop to about 120 with a cup of oats for breakfast, my work out shake, a half cup oats for post, and then veges and fish for the rest of the day. I try to get red meat once a day for the iron but i may stop doing that. Im not sure yet. Feel free to chime in and help.
