2 weeks out compared with 3 weeks out and a back shot. Still just coasting through on the egg whites and white fish. I get all my carbs earlier on in the day and then i got with meats and mushrooms in the evening. I put garlic salt and vinegar on almost everything but eggwhites. 1 more week until i start my dehydration diet. My legs are a little bit more sucked in and my waist has gotten smaller. I'm about the same conditioning i was in last year but im still unsatisfied with my hams and glutes. I will need to train them harder this offseason. I'm actually worried that i could possibly not make weight. My weight fluctuates so much between morning and evening. I can go from 164 in the morning to 178 in the evening. I HAVE to make the early 5:30 pm weigh in you i could be SOL. Basically the last week i will start my dehydration diet which consists of foods and supplements that naturally pull water out of your body. My diet lacks fiber and is probably the reason along with the 3 gallons of water i drink as to why I'm gaining so much throughout the day. I've added alot of metamucil in to help get things moving. The last week my diet will consist of more coffee, dandelion root extract, super loaded vitamin c, asparagus, carbs will be dropped to about 60 or so and i will continue to salt my food heavily. Anything with soy like cooking sprays will be eliminated even though the amount in them are probably irrelevant but i like to play it safe and its only a week anyway. My training will change because my gym closes down so all i have access to are a few dumbells and machines at my apt complexes fitness center so i will be doing alot of blood volume stuff. I will try to go for high reps and get a massive pump to burn fat. All supplements will be dropped and switched for whole food but i will continue to take creatine. I will do this until Friday morning at which i will get up at about 5:30 and start my carb up on flavored rice cakes. I will also try to down 4 gallons of water on Friday but i wont be drinking much before 5:30 because i need to make weight. I will probably be up till 3 in the morning trying to do this. Once i make weight i will probably eat a few calorie dense foods... maybe a few oreos and then the morning of the show i will eat a big breakfast of whatever i want. Last year i peaked for the night show so this year hopefully by carbing up on high gi foods like rice cakes will help me peak faster. I will also try to get some fats in. That is about it for the next 2 weeks. I will try to post pictures again before i leave for the show. I will be getting spray tanned this year with jan tana by professional tanners so hopefully it will look good. Last year my tan was pretty weak. I don't particularly care for jan tana but hopefully my color will turn out alright and i wont look black on stage.
