coffee and 2 sports drinks @1pm-2.15pm trianing
1' subway...turkey ham, lettuce, onions, jalapenos,cheese and mayo, 2x double chocolate cookies and coke @3pm
7pm..small bars chocolate
8pm 3 small packets of crisps
10.30pm 200g oats and milk
