20 years of juicing! congrats!

judging by your baldness , i wonder what your internal organs look like  :-[

if my organs are fucked, it's because of all the booze i drink between my sporadic cycles. i just do juice and compete every few years to give my organs a break from real abuse. there again, here is another genius that can save the medicare system billions by diagnosing health through a picture. ::)

thanx everyone. my upper body held together all right, but my legs atrophied due to 4 bulging discs and arthritis. here's two pics, one from 1979,(when i didn't know a steroid from a hemrhoid) and the next one a few months ago at age 42.

See, this is what I cannot figure out.....Hazin AND Bob Chick BOTH have fairly developed Lats as teenie boppers, while I STILL have trouble getting that V spread.

Both Chick and Haz have a V taper as 15 y/o, and a pretty damn good backs, I have to believe they were not even training their backs at this age.

Hey Haz, you even have those forearm veins in this pic, at least the right arm does.

dude, i was doing pushups and hanging off branches trying to do chins when i was three years old. then i'd flex and ask my folks if i had muscles. no bullshit, three years old.  here's the oldest pic i could find, age 12 years.  i have some from earlier, can't find em though.

Hazbin's development isn't just due to drugs and genetics, but his toddler aged training.  His very early training of pushups and tree branch pullups increased the efficiency of his CNS in recruiting high threshold (fast twitch) motor units.  The frequent targeted practice of these exercises increased his body's capacity to recruit fast twitch muscle fibres in the required muscle groups.

If you want your kids to be strong and muscular, encourage (don't force) them to do frequent bodyweight exercises when they're young.

Disc shrinkage and atrophy from nerve damage is the real bitch of getting old, this was even the great Ronnie Colemans demise in the end, lots can be said once a solid base has been built, to change over to excercises that deliver less wear and tear, if you want to be traing into your 60s and holding some muscle size.

training gives you the distinct advantage of other people your age, the older that you get the bigger the advantage. Usually at that age people usually are resigned to the idea that you are suppose to grow a gut and drift off slowly into death.

that good thing about well trained at that age is that women from all ages check out...more power to you..keep up the hard work

Very true!!  All the hot MILF's are easy pickings when you are trained and have your shit together in your 40's, cause like you said most dudes are letting things go at that age and they very much appreciate someone who is taking care of themselves and looking good.

never thought of it, but sounds plausible. i could always lift more than my frame could handle, resulting in strains and injuries even as a teen. i thought i had a high % neuromuscular efficiency, but i didn't consider that i may have actually created it.

I have been the same way.  I did gymnastics since 3rd grade and always was stringer than anyone else my age.  Very active and doing things like lifting logs at our cabin to climbing trees and everything else helped probably too.  I have never had joint problems and I have lifted heavy since day one

There's a lot of truth to this. I had my son do pushups since he was 7 or 8, just to get him doing regular exercise. Nothing extreme, just 10-15 reps each evening. He's now 16 and his chest development is amazing. He doesn't like to lift weights and only does bodyweight movements.

I just wish I had him do chinups. He'd be a monster by now, lol.
