There are so many photos of the reigning champ getting owned that it's just not funny. He really did have the smallest arms of any Mr Olympia ever, but thanks to politics and his habit of befriending judges he won everytime.

First photo 1994: His right arm is holding some decent size but is nothing to right home about.

Second photo 1994: He is squeezing his arm against his side, which always makes your arms look much bigger.

Third photo 1994: Actually not to shabby he's got a decent pump going so yeah you get a point.

Fourth photo: This is an offseason shot after an arm workout (I have the magazine) so it doesn't count.

Again just because at certain contests Yates' arms were smaller than usual people have this compulsion to make blanket statements here is a pic of Ronnie 2002 his arms much smaller than usual obviously NOT indicative of his entire career but Dorian is in a LOT of people heads what else can they do?

Dorian had high inserting biceps and triceps, plus his left bicep was torn for most of his reign

Yates did NOT have small arms.. BUT after many years of aas abuse and constant build up of scar tissue, receptors being toasted, the muscle fibers just can not regenerate hence causing atrophy
