I agree with that, but 50g of protein is what my mom eats and she's a midget 4'11" Filipina. That's too low. I agree that you can eat more carbs and especially more fats to grow well, but 50g of protein is nothing. I don't suck back 1000g of "plotein" (kyomu...

) each day, but I can easily eat or drink 50g of protein in a sitting.
I've tinkered around with lower protein diets but I don't like going too far below 200g of protein each day. If it's QUALITY protein you're consuming then a gram per pound of lean bodymass will probably suffice. And no, I'm not posting with a piece of cold tilapia or chicken breast in a tupperware or ziplock bag. I'm not psycho but there are two polar extremes, with ultra low protein being more useless than ultra high protein.
