medium baked potato

Meal # 3:
8 egg whites
2 whole eggs
2 baked potatoes
16 oz. water

Meal # 4:
chicken breast
lg. salad vinegar/olive oil
16 oz. Crystal-Lite

Meal # 5:
chicken breast
2 rice cakes with natty peanut butter
16 oz. water

Meal #6:(before bed)
steak
1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
8 oz. water

Dieting for a contest........typical low carb day thus far.

Something you have to understand AXA is that these "guys" obsess about dieting thinking it's an "all for all"...

yet you would even know they train when you meet them...

making sure he get's everything right, like Jay Cutler preparing for an Olympia.
he's not even a competitor, he's just another gym rat on AAS.
He makes it way more complicated than it is, reminds me of one of my friends who always gets
300-400 grams of protein, they think that the more protein they take in the more muscle they'll grow
1 pound of muscle has only 100 grams of protein, he has probably been consuming over 300 grams EVERYDAY
he must be HUGE  :D

that tooth paste could have sucrose, it would go to the liver first and not the muscle, he can't take any chances

k this morning i had 100 g whey  then i had 500 g waxy maize then i ate half a box of cinnamon toast crunch and an apple then i drank a 50g slam from gnc then i had a banana and fruit snakcs then i had 3 bags of beej jerkey than i just now had 40 g whey  and im gonna go train in a few then after ill have 100 g whey and another 500 g waxy then later one like 3 hours later im gonna feast on frozen pizza but im gonna put a bunch of left over steak on it before i vcook it

Lots of shakes, overall not looking very balanced. You should be taking advantage of the anabolic you are in with better food choices.

i use the whey for a reaosn, the 50 g slam is milk protein isolate (80% casein 20% whey), the beef jerkey is beef, the pizza ill have later will be pepperoni sausage and then loads of steak. i think im doign okay ....but if youve got some suggestions id like to hear em of course.

I realize the eggs and chicken get really boring but if you are putting the effort into this that you are, what you eat is going to have a huge impact as you know. Beef Jerky is loaded w/sodium, so is frozen pizza. I don't see any fruits or vegetables listed. Shit, I get tired of eating the same thing everyday, but in the end it will be worth it. I know you have said that fruit is natures candy and I agree, but the fiber and antioxidants contained in them can't be beat. I try to have 3 to 4 meals and a couple of shakes.

your right about the sodium but i think that for growth only (not health)..sodium is not t be worried about (maybe even beneficial)

I agree about sodium if you're trying to put on weight.  The extra water retention can be beneficial.

its easily over 400 grams protein, dep3ending on how much steak i use later its probably gonna be close to 600 g protein.... and its like 1500 carbs and like 200 fat... i think its pretty good dude
