What I ate yesterday; trying to pack in the calories

1. 6 whole eggs with cheese and english muffin w/strawberry preserves
1a. Pre workout shake with aminos and waxy maize
2. 2 western bacon cheeseburgers from carls jr ( post workout )
3. huge ribeye steak with salad
4. 50g protein shake with heavy whipping cream ( taste like muscle milk w/the whipping cream added )
5. 8oz ground beef with veggies.
6. Another rib eye steak with salad
7. 8 oz ground beef w/veggies.
**** I usually dont eat seven meals, but i was up from 9am to 6am because i work graveyards, so i was eating pretty much every 3-3.5 hours which is what i normally do.
