Is it really better to keep palm up the whole time? What is the difference between that and a regular bb curl besides doing it with only one arm?

this statement was perhaps made earlier in the thread so I apologize if i am reiterating it but.......I think , in terms of dumbbell curls, quality will always reign supreme over quantity

much stricter and is THE TRUE SIGN of how strong your biceps really are, this twising the wrist, leaning into the working arm, reverse power clean bullshit makes me laugh every time i see it, if you work up to handling a pair of 60's with your palm up the whole time you're gonna have some big strong biceps.

coach how does it feel to be destroyed by a lifetime natural?   :'(

If you think for one second he's a lifetime natural or natural in those pics, you delusional. Since you've been only following this industry (because it's not a sport) for about a year..........you have ALOT to learn. He's about as a "natural" as I was.

Hammer curls are easier, especially if you swing them one hand at a time.

so you're saying that if a person does't use steroids, they are doomed to have a bad physique?
why would people like Skip La Cour go everywhere and say that they are natural when IF it is proven other wise they will be known as liars in the whole world
I certainly believe they are natural

I'm sorry, is this what your mind limits natural to?
looking better than this means you're on steroids?

No, I'm realistic and detest liars mainly. Everyone always brings up the "You're limiting yourself" argument. Not at all. If you can't be satisfied with achieving a physique like Reeves, J-Rod, etc. (who wouldn't?) and be proud of the fact that you did it naturally than....take steroids. Simple as that. La Cour acknowledged using pro-hormones already and several people on other forums that actually know him have said he's done a lot more than that.
