GETBIGGERS Drinking

As we all know drinking alcohol is terrible when trying to put on size as it can kill fresh muscle tissue and has all sorts of negative effects that a bodybuilder would not want.   I often have a great workout, go out for a few beers and sometimes feel a little guilty that I may have sabotaged the previous workout a bit.  I want to have fun and enjoy myself but often feel this way so I end up not drinking as much (or at all) especially after an awseome workout.  Just wondering what's the average amount you dude's drink in a week and do you feel it effects your gains.....Some of my best strength gains and size gains are when I have taken a straight month of drinking off 100%....Im not much of a drinker just curious....

my friends and family agree that i should not drink do to rage issues, and because they desperately need me to gain 80 new lbs of lean mass.

i never drink, i dont like being drunk, when i want to intoxicate myself ill smoke weed or eat mushrooms

I like to believe alcohol brings out your most prevalent emotions and tendencies within yourself so If you are naturally an already angry or "intense" person alcohol makes you even "crazier", etc.  Good point benchmstr....

seriously, the last time i drank i was 16 years old. i have severe aggression problems, and i learned very early in my life that drinking is not for me.

Sam is that a quote from Arnold ?   Benchmstr you are very wise to realize your limitations and make a positive decsion to not drink.   So many people do not have your will power and insight and end up fucking their lives up over the booze....Nice to hear, very inspirational...

I've had several pints of Irish beer tonight and I'm stronger than ever!

We went to shoot some pool and all the girls looked at my perfect glutes as I took my time to perfect the shot. I wore a perfect pair of tight fitting jeans.
