As we all know drinking alcohol is terrible when trying to put on size as it can kill fresh muscle tissue and has all sorts of negative effects that a bodybuilder would not want. I often have a great workout, go out for a few beers and sometimes feel a little guilty that I may have sabotaged the previous workout a bit. I want to have fun and enjoy myself but often feel this way so I end up not drinking as much (or at all) especially after an awseome workout. Just wondering what's the average amount you dude's drink in a week and do you feel it effects your gains.....Some of my best strength gains and size gains are when I have taken a straight month of drinking off 100%....Im not much of a drinker just curious....
