I'm sorry, but the same ole "you don't wanna diet for FEAR of revealing what's underneath" excuse simply don't cut it anymore...new material is needed. That little addendum is attached to every little guy's bashing of a big guy's physique to help hide the real insecurity present. The truth is smaller guys have their little Napoleonic egos all bruised up because they can't stand the bigger guys just being bigger in general. If the bigger guy were 280lbs and shredded the small guys would resort to the good ole standy "all drugs" to compensate. If the bigger guy were 280lbs with great muscle but not shredded they'd resort to good ole standby "if ya dieted down you'd be nothing" to compensate. The only place you ever see a bigger guy given shit to a smaller guy is in the old comic adds for building big muscles and the little guy is portrayed with sand gettin kicked in his face by the big guy....that just ain't real. So, far all the little Napoleons out their angry and bitter with severely bruised egos just get over it. Ya wanna be ripped, be ripped....the big guys don't give a shit. There's your truth.
You clearly dont read or understand me as I often write similar when the bodybuilder is called fat or bulked in the off season. Gaining fat is necessary to gain serious muscle, fact. No debate from Sharma.
But what Sharma knows is where you are wrong:
Alex is not very big in terms of muscular bulk to begin with.
His arms are small even at high bodyfat.
To say he have the pro size is simply a joke.
In this case, as he have only modest muscle and much bloat, he would not look big at all when cut down. Simple fact.
There is big guy as in lots of muscle and lots of fat covering the muscle. Then there is big as in lots of fat.
My friend, I seen all the pros at their most bulked off season and they make alex look like a tiny flea man.
Post some more if you need me to further educate you.
