Not one study I have read shows "miraclulous benefits", in fact the studies I've read say it won't kill you but it won't help you either........so you are using people's testimonies as facts and you know better than that.
Self-report studies are NOT acceptable, chaos. We're talking about:
1) People who believe something is supposed to happen. (PLACEBO) and
2) People who know they're being observed. (HAWTHORNE)
Both of these will fuck up the experiment, so I'm sorry but--
FAIL.
Self-report studies are not reliable nor valid. What you need is a double-blind study with random selection, random assignment, etc...
