for real ????

yes. it is known to induce depression and fuck up cognition at high doses. It may treat cancer and has some immune modulating effects. I wouldnt go crazy with it though. It regulates your circadian clock, just stay on the lower end.

Yes, I do it quite often. It is becoming aware that you are dreaming. At the moment of awareness, the dream takes on a much higher level of clarity..picture if you will, a dream in "High Definition". Also, you can taste, smell and feel things almost like in the real world. I have found that it's useful to recite certain goals and affirmations in the Lucid dream state since you can directly program your subconscious mind that way and quickly assume the charateristics of your affirmations. Also you can vividly experience dream sex, dream flying, whatever you want.

Sorry were getting off topic about the melatonin but this sounds interesting.  So how do you actually achieve this in the dream?  Any negatives effects to doing this that you can tell?

Here is a good resource with a FAQ page on the subject.

Just drink your own urine in the morning. At least the middle 2 cups from the first piss, warm and straight.

It will restore proper melatonin/serotonin balance, giving you a drastically improved ability to control your mind however you desire.
If you want to focus more, you'll be able to focus more. If you want to rest, you'll be able to rest. You'll be able to do anything. ;)

Could you provide a link to a double blind scientific study that backs your claim please?

Thanks, little buddy. :)

Randomly-sampled, randomly-assigned participants, reliable double-blind experiments that involve control and experimental groups, not involving self-report, constructing chi-squares in order to account for and analyze all potential factors and conditions surrounding the independent and dependent variable(s) in order to draw valid correlations and predictions, possibly plotting their points on a scatter plot then drawing the graph for visual representation, eliminating all potential placebo and hawthorne effects throughout this entire process, determining both effect size and power, finally calculating z-scores and/or t-scores, in order to ultimately--ULTIMATELY--
arrive at a valid rejection or acceptance of the null hypothesis ;)

lol, i dont even know why he posted that blurb about statistics.

the references he provided were not supporting his thesis and the studies that have been done show no benefit. I like how it cures all disease, if you have cystic fibrosis it will cure the nacl fuckup and fix your genes, piss is that good.

EVERY LAST STUDY ON URINE THERAPY SHOWS NOTHING BUT BENEFITS.

NOT ONE SINGLE STUDY ON URINE THERAPY SHOWS ANY HARMFUL SIDE EFFECTS WHATSOEVER.

False statement. We've discussed this extensively. You've been provided sources which provide sources you can look into yourself. YOU can go to a university's library and look into it yourself. It's all there waiting for you, THOUSANDS of "scientific studies" on the topic that show MIRACULOUS BENEFITS.

Yeah, I spent the day at the library, I got the papercuts to prove it >:( ......I would like you to provide me with a more current study, one that does not utilize antique technology. ;)

People = "antique technology?"

The point at which urine therapy quit being researched sufficiently is the point at which it became necessary to do research that has commercial interests in order to receive funding from PEOPLE WHO WOULD MAKE MONEY OFF OF THE RESEARCH.

How the fuck are you going to tell someone to pay you for their own piss?

it quit being researched because it showed no benefit.

I beleive chaos posted a link to the cancer society quoting studies showing no benefit.

You have yet to provide one real reference, except some case report from 1937, of people saying piss cured them. Then you posted a slue of studies that i researched and posted, most of which had nothing to do with drinking urine, not even remotely similar.

It doesn't work.

That is your only argument? That the medical companies don't want the info out there because they can't charge you for it? LOL, weak and you know it.

Every medical study I have seen has said the same thing, in small amounts it's harmless but also not going to benefit you anymore than eating regular food throughout the day.

If it makes you feel better to drink piss, go right ahead, but why push it on other people?

I talked to you about that streisen bitch, you agreed, WTF!?!

That's wishful thinking, only hearing what you want, you know better, chaos.
Every last study shows nothing but miraclulous benefits.

I'm not pushing it onto other people. But when someone has a problem that can be solved with it, urine therapy should certainly be mentioned. It's out of respect for the person with the problem and out of care for other human beings. I don't give one fuck about "pushing" something onto people, but I do feel obligated to let them know if it can help them.

Not one study I have read shows "miraclulous benefits", in fact the studies I've read say it won't kill you but it won't help you either........so you are using people's testimonies as facts and you know better than that.

Self-report studies are NOT acceptable, chaos. We're talking about:

1) People who believe something is supposed to happen. (PLACEBO) and
2) People who know they're being observed. (HAWTHORNE)

Both of these will fuck up the experiment, so I'm sorry but--FAIL.

Self-report studies are not reliable nor valid. What you need is a double-blind study with random selection, random assignment, etc...
We've discussed this extensively.  ;)

You do realize they would have had to disprove it in order for it to be "blowing smoke," right?

It's still valid. What it is not is POPULAR.  ;) This won't make anyone money. $$$  :-\ $$$

I believe in the medical world you have to prove it's validity more than anything else. Until then *puff* away. ;)
