It's really time to start pulling it together.   ::)

Rip will make that squatsuit look sexy.

hahahaa you might want to reserve your judgement on that for a while... I'm not sure it's possible for ANYONE to make a squat suit look sexy.

Training goals 2009:  Try to keep the injuries to a minimum.  Man wish I could get 10 years back.  I have to hold back in my training so i dont tear the frame apart LOL, sucks getting old.  Still strong and hitting it hard.

Anyhow competitive goals are a National Qualifier show on Sept 5th.  Diet starts in June  :( LOL its all good be in good shape for the summer.  Just gotta keep it together.

Another goal is to one day be as good as RipitupBABY!  That one will be hard.

Awwww... thanks LuvBaby.  Good stuff... June will be here before you know it, so enjoy the last bit of off-season while you can, and rest up for that prep!  I'm sure you'll do better then just keeping it together ;)

As most who know me on here will be floored, I have stepped away from bodybuilding. I'm now an MMA fighter. Alex23 knew this months ago, but I'm now posting it on here. My first pro fight will be on June 13th. My training goal is to annihilate each and every woman who faces me across the octagon...and then eat donuts...

For what it's worth, you're sexy in my eyes, even with a leg squeezing squatsuit.  :D

BTW did you think of me when this picture was taken? Sweet.

Great goals!  Late post but if you buy a squat suit don't start too tight!  My first one took ove an hour to get on.  Plus I have had to cut one off!  Thats no fun!

hahahahhaa!
You found this already!

I thought the end was pretty funny... I have this habit of looking up at the ceiling while I am squatting and not paying attention to what's going on around me!   ;D

Great day....great workout...great gym!

I could have given her a sand bag twice that size, and she would have gone on all day. The women is an animal!  :o

Obviously, some of the stuff being done was too easy for her, but we had a group with a wide range of abilities, so we had to find a middle ground in terms of loading/volume that would challenge those like Lori and not kill any of the others.  8)

60lbs I recall. I have a 75lb and 100lb sandbags, which all feel at least twice that heavy due to their shape, shifting around, etc.

Hey Will!  Thanks for stopping by!   :D

It was a great workout stella... if you want to incorporate any of that kind of stuff into your training, we should start a thread about functional training on here and let Will post some videos and people can contribute ideas for exercises.
