hey rip if you get in a powerlifting compition will you have someone video tape it?I've been to plenty mens competitions but never seen a female's comp.would like to check out the vid if you do.

I almost always try to film my own lifts at the meet, so I'll get those.  I dont really film much of the rest of the meet though unless there is a really outstanding lift.  Women usually compete at the same meet with the men and go towards the front when they order the competitors by opening weight. 
Maybe you have been to competitions where there just aren't any women competing?  I've been to a few of those myself!

I got something sketched out, we'll see how it goes.  It's periodized, lower volume than sheiko, and I gotta work in the equipment training and still avoid over-training, which will be a challenge.

Back to squatting all the way down again.  My left leg feels ok, although there is still a twinge of pain here and there.  My squatting isn't spectacular right now though.  I feel kinda weak.   :-\

I practically repeated the same workout as earlier this week, but I think that's ok.  It wasn't super heavy and it was easier than it was the first time.  I added the leg press for a little extra work.  I am just getting my legs used to squatting again and still figuring out my new program.  Gonna just do some speed squatting this week and try to get the squat suit on and do a real workout next weekend.
