I squatted tonight, and it wasn't terrible. My back/leg are only about 80%, but the pain of the suit and knee wraps masked any pain I am having in my back or quad.

I was pretty pleased with this workout, given the problems I have been having. I have a video of the set of 315x2, but youtube is down for maintenance right now.

I'll post it later. I think I got to depth on the first one, not so sure about the second one. Either way, I am pretty confident that I'll be able to pull off something in the 315 range for the meet. I'll probably open up a little more conservative though.
Now I am beat to death and need a rest day!!
