pumpernickle toast w/butter spray sprinkled w/cinnamon-splenda

Meal 2
chicken breast
brussels sprouts

Meal 3
salad of greens w/balsamic vinagrette, roasted red peppers and cucumbers
salad of greens w/salmon, red onion, tomatoes, feta cheese, some other vinagrette

Yes.  Thankfully you don't need discipline as the Girl Scouts have it all mapped out for you.  When you finish a sleeve of cookies you are done for that sitting :)

Easier said than done...

Actually, I really don't have much of a "sweet tooth" but I enjoy the thin mints once in a while.

Let's see.  So far today:

Meal 1 (5:30am after cardio): 1/2 packet oatmeal with 1/2 cup no sugar added yogurt and 1 scoop of vanilla whey (36 grams protein).  A cup of coffee with sugar free non-dairy creamer and stevia. 

Mean 2 (9:30am): 1 1/2 cups low-fat cottage cheese.  A cup of coffee with sugar free non-dairy creamer and packet of sweet-n-low.  Water

The something went wrong and I had
1) Snickers bar, Mint and Dark chocolate Malted puffs, Mega ice cream..........  >:(  ;D  >:(  ;D  >:(
I then bought my wife a chocolate cover muffin because I felt so bad and I ate that too  :D

A man, I am trying to get my weight down again, I put on a fair bit last year being on the road and living out of Hotels the whole time.
I just got back last week after spending 8 weeks in another country again.

pfft, it is very good when made right.  I know it's not typical.  I grew up eating that, liver, chicken gizzards.

My mom eats those things.

She also made us eat tongue once and told us later what it was.  Another time she was cooking one but I lifted up the lid of the pot, saw what it was and refused to eat it and she never tried to slip it to me again :P

Meal 1

we slow cook it and then slice it, very tasty and tender.  gizzards and rice is very good too.  Ate liver and onions, I still get a hankering for that every once in a while.  As for brains, not very appealing to me.  My mom used to make it with scrambled eggs.  No real taste to it.  I don't do sweet breads though. 

meal 1: oatmeal, 5 egg whites, one yolk

Meal 2: half a sweet potato, steamed brocoli, grilled steak

There will be slip-ups (and outright rebellion) now and then.  It keeps us sane. 

That meal is super clean compared to what I ate this weekend.   :-[
