Those cable rows look interesting - I've got a very weak upper mid back in terms of thickness and so I might give them a go - it might just be the thing to hit the spot. Might get some strange looks in the gym though.
I did today.  It's weird at first but you def feel it.

I tried them out too. I was doing a heavier day than higher reps, so I didn't burn them out like a widowmaker set (I do not follow DC training). But I did 10 reps with a lighter weight, and while it was seemingly easier than usual, my lats definitely felt like they've been hit/stressed harder.

LOL, I like some of the dogcrapp philosophies, I use a modified version of the doggcrapp program, I think it works great. I just wouldn't suggest it to someone that's not on gear as your body does take a toll.
