Though it's not relevant to the discussion, I love how you throw in "the photo proves I'm good looking and capable of pulling fine pussy." The photo you posted does not mean anything- except maybe you pulled some girl aside and asked to buy her a drink and pose for a photo. Any girl will do that for you. Lastly, just because you are "capable" of pulling pussy, does not mean you CAN or DO.

All that proves is that he’s able to, at the very least, find pretty girls with low self-esteem and pump them full of alcohol.
Of course, this begs the question of why he seems to find it so difficult to consume 200 grams of protein. As I said, you can get that from two regular meals and two protein shakes, quite easily. And it goes a little something like this:
Meal 1: 4 whole eggs, 16 oz milk, 2 slices of toast: 45-50 g protein
Meal 2: Mass XXX or MyoPlex Deluxe: 50-53 g protein
Meal 3: 6-8 oz beef/2 chicken breasts, 4 oz rice, 4 oz veggies: 40-50 g protein
Meal 4: Mass XXX or MyoPlex Deluxe: 50-53 g protein
By my count, that’s around 195-206 grams of protein…….and that’s by or slightly after noon.
