wavelenght whats your diet like? cardio?
About 1g/lb lean body mass of daily protein. Met through normal food plus 100g whey protein shake during the day. Some flax/sesame/fish oil. No other supplements.
During the week: In the morning a little healthy oil. I eat out for lunch (asian, austrian, greek, indian, etc.), basically whatever I want. I only make sure to get about 50g of protein in as well as some fruits / vegetables / salad to meet the basic nutritional requirements. Calories are adjusted by experience. I can easily get a full stomach at lunch while losing about 1-2lbs a week. Sometimes in the evening a little snack or some glasses of red wine. On a bulk, I eat more in the evening to get the calories in.
On most sundays (if progress allows it), no restriction on food intake.
No cardio.
