they are dangerous and are fighting dogs.

at end of teh day they are WILD animals and no amount of snuggling or letting it lick your face will stop it if its gonna attack you.

no need to have them. the only ones with them in ireland are ppl who have enemies or want to look tough.

what the fcuk happend to having a 'pet' as a dog rather than a killer

a girl from S.Africam whop moved to zimbabwe in 80s and owned a game ranch had rhodesiand ridgebacks (hunted lions in packs of 3) and Boerboels...there is a reason for that in that enviroment. Working dogs

they killed a kudu that got into her back yard.

Intimidate and threaten other people is the number 1 reason people get a pitbull. If you are in it's presence, your well being and life is up to the animal, alone.

there is an irish wolfhound in my street. pleasant as hell. and HUGE

then the fucking pitbulls cause more hassle and hurt and fear than any and all of teh otehr dogs combined

This reminds me of someone who thinks he knows how to shoot a gun.

He's the one that buys the 44 magnums etcc.  He doesn't just have one, but 2 or 3 of them.  He will tell you how to do this & that with them.  When you finally go to the range, he's more of a danger to himself & the people around him.  Then when you finally look at his target, it looks like he only hit his target half of the time.

Trust me, no matter how much you "know it all", there's always something to learn.  Just like there's no two people alike, the same applies to dogs.
