delts db press back on these last few workouts enjoying them again side laterals bent over using cable no handles rear lateral rear delt.. standing front press
shrugs fr on rack and rear on smith,,,
calves standing calf raise 3 toe positions sets of 24 reps 4x around
forearms..weight rope roll old skool..reverse wrist curl behind back..
